Here's everything we know about season five of Selling Sunset so far:

What will Selling Sunset season 5 be about?

Judging from the official trailer (which you can watch below), season five will explore Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim's relationship, and the rest of the cast's reactions to finding out the news.

The pair announced their relationship in July earlier this year, as Chrishell took to Instagram to share some snaps (including one of her and Jason embracing on a yacht) with the caption, “The JLo effect.”

The pair called time on their relationship in December 2021, with Chrishell sharing a heartfelt post on Instagram to explain why: “Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of love and respect we have for each other will not change going forward.”

The trailer also shows a new alliance being formed between Christine and newbie Chelsea Lazkani. And fans are already living for their friendship, with one commenting on the YouTube trailer, “OK so I wasn't pro Christine by any means, but my God she got a bob and a new bestie and honestly I'm immediately reinvested.”

Another wrote, “Chelsea and Christine may need a spin-off cause I already love them.”

However, the trailer also mentioned that one cast member may be leaving the show at the end of the series. Pls, no?

Who will star in Selling Sunset season 5?

When Netflix confirmed there'd be a fifth season of Selling Sunset, they also let us know that the following cast members would be returning: Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Romain Bonnet, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, and Davina Potratz.

We can also look forward to meeting a brand new member of the Oppenheim Group: Chelsea Lazkani. In an interview with People, she said, "I saw this as an opportunity to really open doors in an industry that has lacked diversity and where minorities are underrated.

“I feel like with great opportunities comes great responsibility. This was kind of my time to give back and to educate and really mentor and push forward Black women in this luxury sector in real estate. So just knowing that I've got a greater purpose kind of prepared me for this.”
